About this event
The Advanced Quartet class builds on the Pilates principles and exercises developed in the Intermediate class. The exercises increase in complexity and difficulty, requiring greater strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. These classes are excellent for experienced clients with a strong command of the Intermediate exercises who are ready to deepen and advance their Pilates practice. *Not seeing this Class at the time or day you'd prefer?* *Just Text 520-487-5882 or Call 520-297-7070 and we'll work to meet your preference.*
