About this event

Happy Twin Holy Days! ✨

Come join us for a celebration program food and fewllowship. You do not need to be a Bahá’í to attend. The celebration is open to everyone, of all ages.

From sunset on November 10th Bahá’í communities around the world will begin celebrating the Twin Birthdays — the joyous commemorations of the births of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh.

Bahá’í Holy Days are observed from sunset to sunset. This year, the birth of the Báb, the Prophet-Herald of the Bahá’í Faith, begins at sunset on 10 November and concludes at sunset on 11 November when the birth of Bahá’u’lláh, the Founder of the Bahá’í Faith, will be celebrated.

In the Bahá’í calendar, these Holy Days are known as the “Twin Birthdays,” and the Bahá’í writings affirm that “these two days are accounted as one in the sight of God.” As the sacred texts proclaim:

“…in the time of these two Manifestations the earth will be transformed, the world of existence will be renewed. Justice and truth will encompass the world; enmity and hatred will disappear; all causes of division among peoples, races and nations will vanish; and the cause of union, harmony and concord will appear.”
