About this event
Oaxacan alebrijes are known for their vivid, intricate craftsmanship and whimsical designs.
Renowned Oaxacan artist Agustin Cruz Prudencio began his apprenticeship at age eleven. Now a master of the craft, he runs a workshop where he teaches young people in his community to create these imaginative pieces. Browse his work, including bicycling rabbits and skeletal Catrinas driving cars.
Free admission. No registration required.
