TMC for Seniors Hosts "Diabetes Day Education Seminar" on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon.

Millions of people in the country have been diagnosed with diabetes and chances are you know someone with it. November is American Diabetes Month, so TMC for Seniors is partnering with the TMC Diabetes Education Team to bring you two presentations on diabetes, one focusing on insulin resistance and the other on building muscle mass. Plus, vendors will be on site with information to keep you healthy and educated.

TOPICS WILL INCLUDE: Understanding Insulin Resistance: Signs, Symptoms and Treatement Options at 9:30 am presented by Dorota Pucyk, M.D. TMC One.

Simple Steps to Building Muscle Mass at 11:00 am presented by Marija Zaruba, PT, DPT, CLT, TMC Outpaitent Therapy
