Walking meditation at Sam Lena Recreation Area

Come ground yourself with a sunset walking meditation at Sam Lena Recreation Area, which includes a nice walking path near Kino Stadium and Banner South.

This meetup will be a bit more relaxed than our Friday sessions, so if you’re looking for an easy introduction to meditation and mindfulness and exercise with friends, this would be a good opportunity.

We can meet in the parking lot near the entrance on Country Club (across from the baseball field) and do a brief grounding meditation before heading off to walk around the park. We can walk for about a mile, and we’ll be going at a relaxed pace, focusing on being physically present and soaking in all the sights and sounds.
