About this event

Turn simple shapes into a one-of-a-kind tote bag!

Come explore the basics of block printing and discover how much you can create with a few simple shapes.

In this guided workshop, you’ll carve your own designs into foam blocks and use fabric paints and inks to stamp patterns onto a tote bag. Play with colors, repeat your favorite shapes, and create a design that’s uniquely yours!

The workshop includes instruction, tools, and materials to make your own custom-printed tote bag. No experience necessary.

Join us at Tucson Creative Reuse , a wonderful new creative reuse shop in the heart of Tucson's historic Fourth Avenue district. Fourth Avenue has always been a place where artists, makers, musicians, and creative spirits come together, and this feels like the perfect place to gather with fellow crafters.

Misa, owner of Tucson Creative Reuse, is passionate about building Tucson's creative community, and we're excited to help introduce more makers to this fantastic new local resource.

Parking: There are lots of metered spaces along Fourth Avenue, plus nearby city garages and surface lots if the street spots are full. However, street parking is metered ($1.50/hour), so please come prepared to pay for parking.
