Welcome Home | Community Night for Future Homeowners

About the Event

At the PimaTucson Housing Innovation Hub, we believe the journey to homeownership begins with connection. That's why we created Welcome Home —a quarterly gathering designed to bring aspiring homeowners together with trusted local experts in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

Whether you're just beginning to explore the idea of buying a home or you're ready to take the next step, this evening is an opportunity to get honest answers, build meaningful relationships, and discover the resources available to help you move forward.

You'll learn about local down payment assistance opportunities, gain a better understanding of the homebuying process, meet experienced loan officers and real estate professionals, and participate in an open Q&A where no question is too small.

Enjoy complimentary light refreshments while you connect with industry professionals and others who share your goal of becoming a homeowner. Children are welcome, with coloring activities available to help make the evening enjoyable for the whole family.

There are no sales pitches and no pressure—just real people, real conversations, and a community that's ready to help you feel at home.
