About this event
The Odd Couple (Female Version)
Oro Valley Theatre Company is marking its 10th anniversary season by going back to where it all started. Neil Simon’s The Odd Couple (Female Version) launched the company a decade ago, and now it’s back on stage.
The setup is simple. Olive Madison is easygoing. Florence Unger is obsessively neat. After both their marriages fall apart, they try to share an apartment. It goes about as well as you’d expect.
Simon’s updated take on his classic comedy moves fast and packs sharp one-liners, memorable characters, and one of the funniest dinner party scenes ever written. There’s real heart under the laughs, too.
Whether it’s your first time seeing it or you’re revisiting an old favorite, it’s a fitting way to celebrate OVTC’s milestone season.
