BEYOND November Hike

Beyond has 2 hikes scheduled this month. The first hike will take place on Saturday, November 7th, at 8:30am and we’ll hike the Painted Hills Trails Loop. All Trails describes the hike: “Winding through the scenic Painted Hills Park on the western edge of Tucson, this loop explores a vibrant desert landscape. The path travels over rolling hills and through a sense concentration of saguaro cacti, brittlebush, and colorful volcanic rock. The route features gentle climbs that reward hikers with panoramic views of the Tucson Mountains and the city below. Providing an easy but visually stunning trek, this trail offers a peaceful immersion into the unique geology and desert beauty of Southern Arizona.

Distance - 4.2 miles (including the hike up Recoil Peak) Elevation Gain - about 400 feet

Meet at the Painted Hills Trails trailhead at 3590 W Anklam.
