• Learn a time honored tradition for practicing compassion with your loved ones, helping them feel better in their body and relaxed in their mind.

• Develop a deeper connection with yourself and your relations through Thai Bodywork.

• You'll begin to empower yourself with the tools and confidence to provide this caring, compassionate form of ancient healing for those close to you.

• Through giving and receiving simple Thai bodywork techniques, you'll learn to dissolve tension and stress for common muscle aches and pains in the comfort of your own peaceful space at home. No massage experience required, just an open mind and heart for embodied knowledge.
