About this event

This class uses movement to investigate the fundamental forces that shape how we dance such as gravity, momentum, impulse, and spatial pathways. You'll explore movement that challenges your body's relationship to weight, flow, and dynamic phrasing, all while developing the musicality and performance quality that brings movement to life. Level D2 — Intermediate (~3+ years)- Recall combinations with less visual demonstration, link two to three steps into more complex sequences, and begin showing musicality and performance quality. Example: Teacher demonstrates once, then cues verbally — students execute without ongoing demonstration.
