About this event
Join us for a morning giving back to our Sonoran Desert home.
Learn about the threats invasive species pose to these iconic landscapes and the community efforts to remove them from our wild and urban spaces. Make seedballs for distribution as part of Conservation Lands and Resources restoration efforts and take home some native wildflower seedballs to help create urban habitat for pollinators and other wildlife in your community.
DIRECTIONS: Feliz Paseos Park, 1600 N. Camino de Oeste 85745 From Tucson, take Speedway Blvd west. At the intersection with Silverbell Road, Speedway Blvd becomes Gates Pass Road. Continue west on Gates Pass Road for about 3.5 miles to Camino de Oeste. Turn right, north, on Camino de Oeste; the park entrance is well marked on the right. Groups meet at the main ramada by the parking lot. There are restrooms and water at this park.
