Sekhem Harp Sound Bath

About this event

Sekhem—translated as “power” or “living light”—is an ancient Egyptian energy healing system centered on the heart. This modality supports deep healing by harmonizing yin and yang, or feminine and masculine, energies within the body and energetic field. This immersive sound bath weaves together the soothing resonance of the harp, crystal singing bowls, and Sekhem energy healing to encourage a gentle yet profound opening of the heart. As the heart space awakens, a natural reconnection to the earth, the heavens, and spirit unfolds. Through this heart-opening process, participants may experience remembrance, receiving healing, insight, and expanding levels of light energy that support self-realization and inner balance. The harp’s calming vibrations guide the session, creating a meditative, nurturing environment for restoration, alignment, and renewal.
