Get ready for a 60-minute challenge! The format is similar to Week 4, but with longer working periods to hit bigger targets. This will give you a clear sense of how long the HYROX stations will take during the race. Hit the target on screen, then push for max reps to really test your endurance. It’s all about pacing, precision, and pushing past your limits!
