Leaps and Turns - D2

About this event

This class is designed to condition and train your body for leaps and turns. Participants will complete a thorough warm-up, strengthening, center exercises and progressions across the floor. This class teach you the basics and will enhance all styles of your dancing. Level D2 — Intermediate (~3+ years)- Recall combinations with less visual demonstration, link two to three steps into more complex sequences, and begin showing musicality and performance quality. Example: Teacher demonstrates once, then cues verbally — students execute without ongoing demonstration.
