Take an hour for yourself this season. In this gathering, you’ll learn simple energy exercises to help you ground, reset, and build resilience. You’ll hold gentle points on your own body and trace energy pathways, all at your own pace. You can do every exercise sitting or standing.
All ages are welcome, and no experience is needed. Wear comfortable clothes and come as you are.
