Pretty But Gritty | Girls Ages 6–12 💗 More than just a workout! Our goal is to help young girls build confidence, strength, and self-belief through movement. Each class begins with a group circle and positive affirmation, followed by a fun workout. We finish the program with a give-back project to teach the importance of kindness and community. We're empowering girls to believe in themselves, love moving their bodies, and know they can do hard things!
