About this event
This class introduces the fundamental elements of contemporary dance. Sessions build technique gradually while emphasizing body awareness and control. Students will explore core contemporary concepts such as contraction and release, momentum, and spatial dynamics. Level D1 — Beginner (~1+ years) -Learn basic dance terminology and center work through simple combinations with full teacher demonstration. Example: Teacher calls "step-touch, step-touch" while demonstrating and students follow along.
