- ➤ A Minnesota company that owns two megadairies in the Willcox Basin announced it will take 2,000 acres of farmland out of production and set up an $11 million fund to help local neighbors. Arizona Daily Star

- ➤ Three years after voters approved Prop. 308 to grant in-state tuition to undocumented high school graduates, many local colleges enforce varied documentation requirements and inconsistent processing; advocates say the state left implementation to local schools, making it hard for eligible students to benefit.
