- ➤ State auditors flagged TUSD finances as one of eight at-risk districts due to shrinking reserves and declining enrollment. TUSD officials plan to cut $10 million in fiscal 26-27 and $27 million by 2030 while ending capital-to-operations transfers (TUSD CFO Ricky Hernandez said the plan aims to stabilize operations).
