- ➤ Cox Charities celebrates its 30th anniversary by awarding $150,000 in grants to three Tucson nonprofits supporting K-12 STEM education, food and housing security, and conservation and sustainability—each nonprofit receiving $50K. KVOA
- ➤ Mayor Romero and community volunteers cleaned up La Doce near 12th Avenue and Drexel Road on Thursday morning as part of the Safe City Initiative (removing trash, handing out food, and offering housing assessments) to improve safety. KVOA
- ➤ Tubac Hawkwatch will run today through Tuesday at Ronald R. Morriss County Park (31 Calle Iglesia) as families participate in free birding walks, expert talks, and lectures focused on raptor migration. KGUN 9

- ➤ On Thursday near downtown, Dunbar Pavilion opened a new Business Empowerment Center offering shared workspaces and expert-led workshops for Black entrepreneurs. - ➤ Today, Banner University Medicine Tucson performed its first robotic-assisted living donor nephrectomy using a state-of-the-art robotic system for smaller incisions and faster recovery.
