- ➤ The Pima Council on Aging is consolidating all its services at the Katie Dusenberry Building (600 S. Country Club Rd.) in Tucson while caregiver support, Medicare assistance, and other programs continue without interruption. The move honors founder Marian Lupu’s legacy as the agency leaves its Broadway home. KGUN 9
- ➤ Victim’s families expressed concerns after new hawk signals were installed at Euclid intersection to boost safety — community members and officials are monitoring the change to address long term issues. KVOA
- ➤ The Oro Valley chapter of the Disabled American Veterans Organization held an event at Golden Corral (on Thornydale) that sent military children to summer camp and supported local military families. KVOA

- ➤ The Pima County Sheriff's Office rescued a 76-year-old woman who overheated near the Romero Trailhead at Catalina State Park on Sunday morning; deputies helped her return to her car and later confirmed she was alright. KGUN 9
