- ➤ A second teenager was arrested on May 15 in connection with the April 17 shooting near South 12th Avenue and East Drexel Road that left 19-year-old Antonio I. Rivera fatally wounded—he is charged with first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery, and attempted aggravated robbery with a $1 million bond set. KGUN 9
- ➤ Tucson police arrested 15-year-old Adrian M. Medina on a warrant charging him with first-degree murder, attempted armed robbery, and attempted aggravated assault in connection with the April 17 killing of 19-year-old Antonio I. - ➤ On May 16, a federal judge issued a preliminary injunction to stop HHS from canceling federal grants for substance use prevention, treatment and recovery services and mental health.
