Three people were arrested after a protest at the immigration building turned violent when some individuals vandalized nearby businesses and assaulted security personnel—power washers later removed graffiti from the building while police continued investigating the incident.

Baltazar Quintero-Bueno was sentenced to seven years in jail by Pima County Superior Court for his role in a major fentanyl trafficking operation—he pleaded guilty after 73.3 pounds of fentanyl pills and multiple firearms were found and he must pay $4,500 to each state fund.
