- ➤ Luis Garibay, who barricaded himself in a Tucson home during a narcotics investigation that led to the closure of the Arizona State Schools for the Deaf and the Blind campus on Friday, surrendered to officers and is held in Pima County Jail—authorities recovered stolen firearms, a stolen vehicle, fentanyl, and crack cocaine.
