ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Researchers say water use on the Colorado River must be cut now to keep water reserves at Lake Powell and Lake Mead safe—if next winter is as dry as this one, water levels could dangerously drop. - ➤ Researchers at the University of Arizona have developed a 25-foot solar drying tower that quickly dries fruits and vegetables using natural heat gradients—cutting emissions and capturing water from the process.
