- ➤ Tucson Parks and Recreation will change hours at several centers starting November 7 to address a revenue shortfall. The changes include closing three centers on Sundays, closing the Armory Senior Center on Saturdays, and reducing weekday hours at two centers — customers will be contacted about any canceled programs. - ➤ The Department of Agriculture announced that SNAP funding will end on November 1, leaving nearly one million Arizonans without these benefits.
