Arizona trailed 28-20 and its Big 12 hopes were slipping. Quincy Craig fumbled, Noah Fifita recovered it, and Craig caught a 15-yard touchdown two plays later. After the two-point try failed, Ian French's pooch kick got past TCU's front line, Ed Small couldn't hold it, and Zuri Watson jumped on the ball.

The district also says it will establish incentives to keep families from leaving. KGUN 9KVOAArizona Daily Star
